MY STORY
I came out in the summer of 2020, and as it happens for so many people in the queer community, I came out more than once. Fortunately, I have an amazing group of friends and family that have been ever so supportive of my journey. They give me the strength to power through.
My very first role in the LGBTQ+ community was that of an ally and I have since stepped up as an advocate and activist for POC, queer/trans, and disabled communities, specifically as represented in media. I pride myself in taking up space, standing up for what's right, and raising the voices of other minorities - because we all deserve to be heard and respected.
Coming out is never easy. Transition is never easy. My hope is to share my personal journey, knowledge, and resources to better serve those that may not have safe access or a stable support systems. I intend to use my platforms to spread awareness in media (TV, film, audiobooks, art, etc.) and be a familiar face to those who have yet to see themselves out loud in this world.
